The NHFC (National Housing Finance Corporation) housing subsidy program in South Africa is designed to assist low to moderate-income households in accessing affordable housing. The subsidy aims to help eligible applicants purchase a home or improve their existing living conditions.
Fin Home Loans has been appointed to facilitate the backlog experienced by the NHFC. Subsequently Fin Home Loans has approved EH Hassim Hardware as a preferred supplier with application points in-store.
